Please note that delivery times may vary based on your shipping method and the availability of USPS services. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.
At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges for undamaged products. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. If there are any issues with damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at kali@kolldesigns.com.

To apply our stickers, first, clean the surface and allow it to dry completely. Then, peel the paper backing away from the sticker and apply the sticker to the dried surface. Our stickers can be removed with little or no residue. Once your stickers are applied, be sure to tag us to be featured on our page!
